When will I get my order?
Christmas Bundles ship beginning December 1st via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I'm interested in an item that is Sold Out. Will you be getting more in?
No. The Christmas Bundles are available in limited quantities for a limited time. Once an item is sold out it is gone. Some individual items may become available in the store or at a concert in the future.
Do you ship to my country?
The Christmas Bundles are only available for shipping within the United States. We will be adding international shipping soon (although not in time for the Christmas Bundles), so please check back for that update.
Why does my item look different from the picture?
Please bear in mind that product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. Most of the product images shown are not actual photos, but are mockups to showcase our designs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for the Christmas Bundles.
